Culinary Career Ladder keeps you informed of new vacancies and guides you in your online job application. Online applications can be confusing! So let us help you in the process. 

2. Classes in culinary basic skills including:

• Workplace culinary English
  A characteristic of the culinary field in Massachusetts is its exciting diversity. This class prepares you to navigate a multicultural workplace.

• Basic computer skills in culinary services
  This class prepares you to communicate with your employee more efficiently and have access to online resources.

• Culinary basic skills
  This class reviews basic culinary rules and procedures so you can successfully start your career in food service.

4. Provide one-on-one and group support to guide new employees in their initial experience
